This light and refreshing wine reflects the fruity aromas and flavours of the grape and ends in a crisp, clean finish. It is best enjoyed while still young and fresh.
A light, dry white wine, made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes, this easy drinking, low alcohol option is ideal for the health conscious and those watching their kilojoules intake. It is 25% lower in kilojoules and 26% lighter in alcohol than the average white table wine.

Best served chilled with light summer salads, poultry dishes and picnic finger foods.

Cold fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and by controlling fermentation temperature, a delicately light, fruity white wine results, which is nonetheless rich of flavour.
