Raka Sauvignon Blanc 2007

Raka Sauvignon Blanc 2007

John Platter - 4 Stars
Grand Prix Degustation Wine Show - Grand Prix Trophy
Veritas 2007 - Bronze

Pale straw colour. Fresh and crisp with appealing aromas of green pepper, freshly mowed lawn and fig; subtle hints of pear and gooseberry. There is harmony between nose and palate. Green figs and hints of pineapple is underpinned by a subtle flintiness.

Served well chilled, this wine is well suited to any seafood and cold meats. Also delightful on its own!
