Du Toitskloof Sauvignon Blanc 2006

Du Toitskloof Sauvignon Blanc 2006

Full ripe, from Wagenheim, for gooseberry, pear and litchi flavours and slightly greener from the farm, Cabriere, for the distinctive crisp, grassy and asparagus nose that carries through to the palate. Extended skin contact below 10° C resulted in pleasing balance and a lingering gooseberry aftertaste. Attractive lime-gold colour.
