An unwooded Chardonnay blend, rounded of with Pinot Noir. As per tradition blend for sparkling wines, Chardonnay contributes freshness and finesse to the blend while the Pinot Noir provides body and structure. Expect citrus fruit underlined by a firm acidity. An abundance of white peach, citrus, lychee and red fruit on the nose with a delectable mouthfeel.

Expect forest floor and red berries on the nose, typical to the Pinot Noir varietal. In addition to that, one can also expect fine hints of truffle on the nose and palate, complimeneted by notes of tobacco, cedar and spice. Matured for 11 months in 228L Burgundy Oak Barrels.
