  • Ghost in The Machine Skin-contact Chenin Blanc: Hints of aromatic bay leaf and cardamom with a smokey, nutty character picked up on the nose. The palate; creamy, juice on entry with a subtle lime lingering finish.
  • Ghost in The Machine Chardonnay: Decadent toffee, vanilla, caramel are accompanied by butterscotch, with subtle hints of roasted almond. These flavours flow through and ends with a smooth, citrus lime finish on the palate.
  • Ghost in The Machine Cabernet Franc: A burst of dark red fruits, blackberry, blackcurrant, canned peas, savoury notes and molasses or toffee. The palate of dark red fruit follows through with a smokey, herbaceous finish.
  • The Drift Estate Moveable Feast: Showing distinctive Drift Estate aromas of mulberry, blackberry and plum interwoven with garden herbs and fynbos floral notes, this wine stands for the signature of this estate.
  • The Drift Estate Over the Moon: With aromas of black cherry, basil, rosemary and spice and flavours of ripe plum and dark chocolate the wine surprises with its refreshing acidity and softness (due to a lack of tannin).
  • The Drift Estate Year of The Rooster Rosé: This wine is a perfect way to start a meal and is our favourite summer lunchtime wine. With aromas of jackfruit, nectarine and rose petals it is super dry and fresh with a long, deliciously soft red fruit finish.
